  • A parking space is reserved for you at Villa Pats; please use it. (Parking at your own risk)

  • Smoking indoors is prohibited. A smoke detector is installed, which is connected to the alarm center and the caretaker’s phone.

  • Wi-Fi code: Villap@ts1971

  • No noise disturbance after 10:00 PM; please be considerate of the neighbors.

  • Coffee and tea are free of charge.

  • Tenants are liable for any damage caused by themselves, co-tenants, or guests. (See general terms and conditions)

  • Always lock the doors and gate properly when leaving the accommodation.

  • Please leave the accommodation clean before checking out.
